Adam has learned to help his clients by linking them to institutional services with a personal touch. He found that very few investment bankers in the current economic climate were able to go the extra mile to finish an assignment, and that many found themselves in uncharted territory in deep waters.
As a student of Value Investing and Benjamin Graham, Warren Buffet, Sir John Templeton, and many other legendary investors, Adam is always seeking to learn from those before him. As many market pundits would influence a viewer to get excited at every market turn, Adam has found that taking a step back and looking at the big picture has always allowed, and will continue to allow, macro decisions to be made that many would fail to see.
His Economic understanding comes from his intense studying of Austrian Economics and Business Cycle Theory. Adam feels that market forecasters like Peter Schiff, who were largely ignored during the past decade, will come to shine as many of the Austrian predictions come to form in the near future. On all assignments that Tzadik Consulting undertakes, a top down Austrian analysis followed by a bottom up screening process is used, and has ultimately lead to great success for the company thus far.
Alex is a Management Major from the University of Florida. Alex specializes in underwriting the possible acquisitions that come through our pipeline. He is directly involved from the initial site visit to the final signoff at closing.
Alex deals with our investors whenever a question on a future acquisition is asked and makes sure our investors’ interests are always the first priority. He also tracks current holdings and follows the local markets in order to make sure our rents and expenses are in line with the surrounding properties.
He is the point person when our distressed acquisitions have liens, violations, back taxes or any other encumbrances. Over the years he has developed strategic contacts at the local cities and government agencies that help streamline the process of lowering the fees paid for these violations.
David has a Digital Arts and Sciences degree from the College of Engineering at the University of Florida. After working for one of the largest multi-media companies he founded a small business consultanting firm and subsequently joined Tzadik to offer his technical expertise.
He has a broad and comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to the business of the organization. Using his combined background in logistics and marketing he is responsible for ensuring that everything at Tzadik is functionally efficient and aesthetically appealing.
